目的：探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因（ PTTG）和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（ bFGF）在结直肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测120例结直肠癌、30例结直肠腺瘤、30例正常结直肠黏膜组织中PTTG及bFGF的表达。结果结直肠癌组织中PTTG和bFGF阳性表达率明显高于结直肠腺瘤组织及正常结直肠黏膜组织（ P均﹤0.05）；结直肠癌组织中PTTG和bFGF阳性表达率均与结直肠癌Dukes分期及淋巴结转移有关（ P均﹤0.05）。结论 PTTG和bFGF与结直肠癌生物学行为及预后有密切关系，两者联合检测有助于结直肠癌恶性程度和预后的判断。
목적：탐토수체종류전화기인（ PTTG）화감성성섬유세포생장인자（ bFGF）재결직장암조직중적표체급의의。방법응용면역조화법검측120례결직장암、30례결직장선류、30례정상결직장점막조직중PTTG급bFGF적표체。결과결직장암조직중PTTG화bFGF양성표체솔명현고우결직장선류조직급정상결직장점막조직（ P균﹤0.05）；결직장암조직중PTTG화bFGF양성표체솔균여결직장암Dukes분기급림파결전이유관（ P균﹤0.05）。결론 PTTG화bFGF여결직장암생물학행위급예후유밀절관계，량자연합검측유조우결직장암악성정도화예후적판단。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of pituitary tumor transforming gene( PT-TG)and basic fibroblast growth factor( bFGF)in the colorectal cancer. Methods PTTG and bFGF were examined in the 120 cases of colorectal cancer,the 30 cases of colorectal adenoma and 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa by immunohistochemical assay. Results The positive rates of PTTG and bFGF in the colorectal cancer were signifi-cantly higher than those of the colorectal adenoma and the normal colorectal mucosa(P﹤0. 05). The positive ex-pression rates of PTTG and bFGF were significantly correlated to the Dukes staging and lymph node metastasis of colorectal cancer(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion PTTG and bFGF are highly related to the biological behavior and prog-nosis of colorectal cancer,combined detection of PTTG and bFGF may help to judge the malignant degree and prog-nosis of colorectal cancer.
