为研究不同营养水平日粮对早期饲喂的肉鸡生产性能和免疫机能的影响,选择刚出壳AA肉仔鸡480只(公母各半),对照组饲喂常规日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂高营养水平日粮,试验Ⅱ组饲喂低营养水平日粮.结果表明:试验Ⅰ组体重分别比对照组和试验Ⅱ组提高5.28%(P<0.05)和9.61%(P<0.05);法氏囊指数分别比对照组和试验Ⅱ组提高6.27%(P<0.05)和9.75%(P<0.05),脾脏指数分别提高5.8%(P<0.05)和13.84%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组新城疫抗体水平分别提高2.92%和12.5%(P<0.05).高营养水平日粮有利于生产性能和免疫机能的提高.

In order to study the effects of early feeding with different nutrient level on growth performance and intestinal digestive enzymes of broilers,240 newly hatched AA broiler chickens were selected.Using the single factor experiment design,broilers were randomly divided into three treatment groups of four repeats and each repeat 20. Control group were fed with the conventional diet,group I were fed with the high nutrient level diet,group Ⅱwere fed with the low nutrient level diet.The results showed:the weight of group I was higher than the control group and the experimental group 5.28%(P<0.05) and 9.61%(P<0.05),respectively.Index of bursa of Fabricius of group I was higher than the control group and the experimental group 6.27%(P<0.05) and 9.75%(P<0.05),respectively.Spleen index was higher than the control group and the experimental group 5.8% (P<0.05) and 13.84%(P<0.05), respectively.The level of NDV antibody was higher than the control group and the experimental group 2.92% and 12.5% (P <0.05),respectively.The high nutrient level diet is beneficial to the production performance and improvement of immune function.
