According to memetics and the linguistic adaptability in the improvement of teachers’talk in EFL classroom, teachers should establish better memetic dissemination environment, choose their speech meme based on contextual need, conform to the classroom communicative purpose of teachers and students in order to make students better master the target language and command communicative skills in the pleasant environment.
