十年来,广大学者纷纷就师范生与中西部农村中小学教师“顶岗实习、置换研修”的学术层面和实践层面展开相关研究,取得了丰硕的研究成果。对其进行检索与分析,进而勾勒出顶岗置换研究的现状和趋势,可以为顶岗置换的进一步研究提供一定的基础。
十年來,廣大學者紛紛就師範生與中西部農村中小學教師“頂崗實習、置換研脩”的學術層麵和實踐層麵展開相關研究,取得瞭豐碩的研究成果。對其進行檢索與分析,進而勾勒齣頂崗置換研究的現狀和趨勢,可以為頂崗置換的進一步研究提供一定的基礎。
십년래,엄대학자분분취사범생여중서부농촌중소학교사“정강실습、치환연수”적학술층면화실천층면전개상관연구,취득료봉석적연구성과。대기진행검색여분석,진이구륵출정강치환연구적현상화추세,가이위정강치환적진일보연구제공일정적기출。
In recent years, many scholars have done research on scientific theory and practice of teachers training by in-post teaching practice, and has obtained plenty of research results. After a careful analysis of the retrieval, the pa-per sorts out the present situation of the research and provides the basis for further research of the replacement field.
