针对复合固体推进剂的老化问题,探讨了复合固体推进剂的老化机理及老化的主要影响因素。以某型复合固体推进剂药柱为研究对象,开展了高温加速老化试验。通过研究HTPB推进剂在高温加速老化条件下的贮存性能,得到了各种贮存性能随老化时间的变化规律,分析了高温加速条件下HTPB推进剂的老化机理,预估了该HTPB推进剂药柱的寿命。

For the problem of the composite solid propellant aging , the aging mechanism and the main aging influencing factors of the composite solid propellant are discussed .Based on a certain compos-ite solid propellant grain , accelerated aging experiment in high temperature condition are set up .By re-searching the storage stability of HTPB propellant under the high temperature and accelerated aging condi -tions, the changing rule of all storage stability following the aging time is gotten ,and the aging mechanism of HTPB propellant in high temperature and accelerated aging conditions is analysed , the life of HTPB propellant grain is estimated.
