介绍了基于单片机的直流电机转速测量与控制系统的设计。该系统以 STC89 C52单片机为核心,主要包括转速测量与显示、转速控制、电机驱动等模块。其中电机采用 L298N 芯片驱动,通过霍尔传感器实施转速测量并在4位数码管上显示转速值,利用 ADC0809产生PWM波控制转速,给出了控制系统硬件和软件的实现方法。实验结果表明,该系统结构简单、工作稳定,能很好地实现转速的测量与控制。
介紹瞭基于單片機的直流電機轉速測量與控製繫統的設計。該繫統以 STC89 C52單片機為覈心,主要包括轉速測量與顯示、轉速控製、電機驅動等模塊。其中電機採用 L298N 芯片驅動,通過霍爾傳感器實施轉速測量併在4位數碼管上顯示轉速值,利用 ADC0809產生PWM波控製轉速,給齣瞭控製繫統硬件和軟件的實現方法。實驗結果錶明,該繫統結構簡單、工作穩定,能很好地實現轉速的測量與控製。

A design of DC motor speed measurement and control system based on single chip microcontroller was presen-ted.We took STC89C52 microcontroller as the key part of the system,which is mainly composed of the speed measure-ment and display module,speed control module,motor drive module,and in which the L298N chip was adopted to drive the motor,the speed data can be obtained through Hall sensor and displayed on the 4-digital tube,PWM wave can be generated by ADC0809,the hardware and software of the control system was described in detail.The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of simplicity and stability,and can realize the DC Motor speed measurement and control well.
