根据捕捞方式与运营模式特点,对变水层大型拖网渔船船型技术经济论证方法进行了研究。以船长、船宽、型深、方形系数和设计自航航速为船型优化参数,选取净现值、渔捞效果系数、投资偿还期、吨鱼油耗和吨鱼成本为船型论证经济指标,建立了渔获产量估算及其经济性计算模型,利用指标权重法建立了综合评价函数,利用参数分析法对变水层大型拖网渔船进行船型优选,对论证中的不确定性因素进行敏感性分析。以运营于西非某海域的变水层大型拖网渔船为实例进行计算与优化分析,得到变水层大型拖网渔船最优船型为船长82.4 m、船宽16.2 m、型深9.5 m、吃水5.79 m、方形系数0.68、航速13.2 kn。

The method of technical and economical evaluation and optimization of ship form for large middle-water trawlers were investigated based on the fishing model and operation characteristics. The optimized design parameters and estimation models were reasonably selected, the evaluating economical indices fit for fishing vessels were syn-thetically discussed, including net present value, coefficient of fishing effect, investment payback period, fuel con-sumption per ton of fish and cost per ton of fish and the model for evaluating fisheries quality and calculating econo-my was developed. The comprehensive evaluation function was established with index weight method. The parame-ter analysis method was used to optimize selection of ship form for large middle-water trawlers, and the uncertainty factors were considered with sensitivity analysis method. With the developed universal program, the ship form of large middle-water trawlers used in West African waters was optimized as a case study. It is found that the optimal-ly selected ship form parameters for large middle-water trawlers are described as ship length of 82. 4 m, ship width of 16. 2 m, draught of 5. 79 m, block coefficient of 0. 68, and service speed of 13. 2 kn.
