分别采用热水索氏法和碱水渗漉法提取多棘海盘车Asterias amurensis的多糖组分,将提取的粗多糖经三氯乙酸法脱蛋白、离心透析、冻干,分别得到多糖样品PⅠ、 PⅡ,并分析了多糖PⅠ、 PⅡ在体外对羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基( O-2·)和DPPH ·的清除能力。结果表明: PⅠ、 PⅡ对· OH、O-2·和DPPH·均具有一定的清除作用,其抗氧化活性均随着多糖浓度的增大逐渐增强。研究表明,采用热水索氏法提取得到的多糖PⅠ对3种自由基的清除率均强于采用碱水渗漉法提取得到的多糖PⅡ。

The polysaccharides PⅠand PⅡwere extracted from starfish Asterias amurensis by hot water soxhlet ex-traction and alkaline percolation extraction method, and centrifuged, dialyzed and freeze-dried by TDA. The clear-ance of hydroxyl radicals ( ·OH) ,superoxide anion radical ( O-2 · ) and DPPH· radical contents by the polysac-charides PⅠand PⅡwas studied in vitro to evaluate antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides components from the starfish. It was found that the polysaccharides PⅠand PⅡ showed certain clearance capacity of ·OH,O-2 · and DPPH· and the antioxidant activity was enhanced with the elevated polysaccharide concentrations. There were higher free radical clearance rate in the polysaccharide PⅠextracted by soxhlet method of hot water than in the pol-ysaccharide PⅡextracted by alkaline percolation method.
