对自然感染和人工感染嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila的杂交鲟(达氏鳇Huso dauricus Georgi♀×史氏鲟Acipenser schrencki Brandt♂)的组织病理和超微病理变化进行了研究。结果表明:患嗜水气单胞菌病的杂交鲟体表黏液稍增多,鳍基部和腹部轻微发红,鳃丝腐烂、色浅或呈紫黑色,腹腔壁及内脏器官可见出血斑;肝、肾、脾等内脏器官组织病理变化主要表现为循环障碍,微血管扩张,广泛出现充血、出血或溶血;实质细胞经变性发展到坏死,严重时出现弥散性坏死灶。电镜观察显示,病鲟肝、脾、肾组织和细胞内感染大量短杆状细菌,细胞内线粒体普遍发生肿胀、膨大,严重时其嵴状结构消失或溶解。
對自然感染和人工感染嗜水氣單胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila的雜交鱘(達氏鰉Huso dauricus Georgi♀×史氏鱘Acipenser schrencki Brandt♂)的組織病理和超微病理變化進行瞭研究。結果錶明:患嗜水氣單胞菌病的雜交鱘體錶黏液稍增多,鰭基部和腹部輕微髮紅,鰓絲腐爛、色淺或呈紫黑色,腹腔壁及內髒器官可見齣血斑;肝、腎、脾等內髒器官組織病理變化主要錶現為循環障礙,微血管擴張,廣汎齣現充血、齣血或溶血;實質細胞經變性髮展到壞死,嚴重時齣現瀰散性壞死竈。電鏡觀察顯示,病鱘肝、脾、腎組織和細胞內感染大量短桿狀細菌,細胞內線粒體普遍髮生腫脹、膨大,嚴重時其嵴狀結構消失或溶解。
대자연감염화인공감염기수기단포균Aeromonas hydrophila적잡교심(체씨황Huso dauricus Georgi♀×사씨심Acipenser schrencki Brandt♂)적조직병리화초미병리변화진행료연구。결과표명:환기수기단포균병적잡교심체표점액초증다,기기부화복부경미발홍,새사부란、색천혹정자흑색,복강벽급내장기관가견출혈반;간、신、비등내장기관조직병리변화주요표현위순배장애,미혈관확장,엄범출현충혈、출혈혹용혈;실질세포경변성발전도배사,엄중시출현미산성배사조。전경관찰현시,병심간、비、신조직화세포내감염대량단간상세균,세포내선립체보편발생종창、팽대,엄중시기척상결구소실혹용해。
The pathological and ultra-pathological observation were conducted in hybrid strugeon ( Huso dauricus Georgi♀×Acipenser schrencki Brandt♂) infected with Aeromonas hydrophila naturally and artificially. The infected sturgeon exhibited slight mucus increase and reddish in color in the abdomen and fin bases, and the gills showed a-naemia or congestive and rotted. Some petechial heamorrhagy was observed on abdominal cavity walls and internal organs. The main pathological changes were congestion, heamorrhagy, hemolysis, anemia, micro vessel expansion and circulation dysfunction in internal organs including liver, kidney and spleen. Parenchymal cells were developed from degeneration into conspicuous necrosis in the internal organs, even some diffuse necrotic foci in severe case. The electronic microscopy revealed that there was a large number of short rod bacteria in the cells of internal or-gans, and swollen and enlarged mitochondria, even lysis of mitochondrial cristae in severe case.
