在用ANSYS软件对带整流负载的三相同步发电机系统进行电磁分析时,涉及到非线性求解、端部效应和齿槽效应等多方面的问题。先以直接耦合建模的方式作一次计算,获得电机电路数据及电机磁场分布;后以顺序耦合的方式计算电机转子铁心损耗,期间充分考虑了齿槽效应。

When applying ANSYS software to analyze electromagnetism of a 3-phase synchronous generator with rectiifer load of the factors as non-linear solution, end part effect, teeth and slots effect would be dealt with. The direct coupling and model establishment method were employed to carry out the primary calculation, achieving the circuit data and distribution of the magnet ifeld. And then, the con-sequence coupling method was applied to calculate the rotor iron loss in case the teeth and slots effect was under consid-ering.
