为解决草药抓配手工操作劳动繁重、效率低的问题,也为研发草药摆药机系统打下基础,本文设计并实现了草药摆药机的关键单元---全自动摆药模块。方法全自动摆药机的摆药模块由给药系统和称重系统组成,均以超低功耗单片机 MSP430F2132为控制核心。其工作原理是通过控制皮带传动进行给药,由秤盘下称重传感器对药量进行称重,并通过给药与称重之间的相互通信实现药量的精确控制。结果该全自动摆药模块的原理样机已完成实现。结论本设计可行、有效,为进一步开发草摆药机系统建立了基础。

Objective The automatic dispensing medicine module which is the key unit in traditional Chinese medicine dispensing machine is designed and presented in the paper.The design is based on the problem that the present task in dispensing traditional Chinese medicine is heavy and ineffective,and provides the foundation for the study of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing device.Methods The module is composed of dispensing system and weighting system,the control units of which are MSP430F21 32.The operational principles are transmission by belt driving and weighting by weight sensor.Precision control of medicine dose is accomplished by the communication of the two systems.Results The prototype module has been accomplished. Conclusions The design is practicable and effective,and provides the basis for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing system.
