文章通过埋偶实验,分析测出步进炉气氛温度和铸锭的实际温度的差值,以便在今后的生产中对铸锭进行精确控温,为规模化生产提供理论依据。

The difference between the atmosphere temperature and ingot ’ s real temperature of a walking beam nature gas furnace was measured by buried thermocouple test .It was found that the difference ranged from 35℃to 42 ℃.The temperature of ingot ’ s sections was also different by a magnitude of 12 ℃.
