随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校女教师人数在专任教师的比例上占据着“半边天”,已然成为教书育人的主力军。然而,女教师在主体发展成就上,与其人数比例远不相适应,女教师主体发展现状不容乐观,这不利于教师队伍建设,不利于高校的和谐发展。高校女教师主体的发展深受社会和自身等因素的影响和制约,必须多措并举,加强女教师主体性的培养,促进女教师队伍建设,进而推动高等教育事业的健康发展。
隨著我國高等教育的快速髮展,高校女教師人數在專任教師的比例上佔據著“半邊天”,已然成為教書育人的主力軍。然而,女教師在主體髮展成就上,與其人數比例遠不相適應,女教師主體髮展現狀不容樂觀,這不利于教師隊伍建設,不利于高校的和諧髮展。高校女教師主體的髮展深受社會和自身等因素的影響和製約,必鬚多措併舉,加彊女教師主體性的培養,促進女教師隊伍建設,進而推動高等教育事業的健康髮展。

With the development of China’ s higher education, female teachers, accounting for half of the whole full -time teaching staff, have become the main force of imparting knowledge and cultivating students.However, their achievements are not satisfactory, compared with the proportion they occupy, which is not beneficial to faculty building and the harmonious development of colleges and universities.Their personal development is influenced and restricted by social and individual factors , so various measures should be taken for cultivating their subjectivity , promoting the building of female teaching staff and enhancing the healthy development of China’s higher education cause.
