大学生的职业素养的缺失对企业发展的影响越来越大，同时制约了大学生个人的职业发展。除了社会环境的影响和学生个人态度外，大学教育自身的缺陷是大学生职业素养缺失的主要原因。结合职业素养缺失的现状和原因，分析思考了提升大学生职业素养教育和改革大学生职业素养教育的有效路径。
大學生的職業素養的缺失對企業髮展的影響越來越大，同時製約瞭大學生箇人的職業髮展。除瞭社會環境的影響和學生箇人態度外，大學教育自身的缺陷是大學生職業素養缺失的主要原因。結閤職業素養缺失的現狀和原因，分析思攷瞭提升大學生職業素養教育和改革大學生職業素養教育的有效路徑。

College Students′lack of professional accomplishment has a great impact to development of en-terprises.At the same time,it restricts the college students′personal development.Besides the social environ-ment and personal attitude,the deficiency of college education is another main reason.Combined the present situation and reasons of the lacking of professional accomplishment,the paper analyses the education of pro-moting students′professional accomplishment and the effective approach to reforming it.
