采用马齿苋多糖口腔灌注雏鸡,观察对雏难法氏囊免疫功能的影响。试验选取80只1日龄雏鸡随机分为4组,1个空白对照组及3个 POP 试验组,POP 剂量分别为25,50和100 mg/kg,每天口腔灌注1次,连续20 d。结果显示,POP 能显著提升外周血 CD4+ T 淋巴细胞数量及 CD4+/CD8+比值(P <0.05),显著提高法氏囊指数(P <0.05)及法氏囊淋巴细胞增殖指数(P <0.05)。试验表明,马齿苋多糖可通过改变法氏囊免疫系统的动态变化,促进免疫器官发育,直接作用于免疫细胞,提高雏鸡的免疫能力。

채용마치현다당구강관주추계,관찰대추난법씨낭면역공능적영향。시험선취80지1일령추계수궤분위4조,1개공백대조조급3개 POP 시험조,POP 제량분별위25,50화100 mg/kg,매천구강관주1차,련속20 d。결과현시,POP 능현저제승외주혈 CD4+ T 림파세포수량급 CD4+/CD8+비치(P <0.05),현저제고법씨낭지수(P <0.05)급법씨낭림파세포증식지수(P <0.05)。시험표명,마치현다당가통과개변법씨낭면역계통적동태변화,촉진면역기관발육,직접작용우면역세포,제고추계적면역능력。
The effects of portulaca oleracea polysaccharide (POP)in Portulaca oleracea on immune function of chicken were studied.80 1-day-old chicken were randomly divided into 4 groups with one control group and three POP treating groups (the dosages of POP were 25,50 and 100 mg/kg respectively).The POP was poured into chicken's oral for one time each day for 20 days.The result showed that POP could significantly increase the CD4 + T lymphocyte and elevate the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + (P <0.05).The Fabricius Bursa indices and PI of Fab-ricius bursa lymphocyte were significant higher than control group (P <0.05).It could be concluded that POP could promote the growth of immune organ,increase proliferation of Fabricius bursa lymphocyte,and elevate the immune function of chicken.
