This paper summarized the D-InSAR technology applications in the field of land subsidence and it ’ s al-gorithm development ,and focused on the SBAS-DInSAR technique theoretical algorithm , made the ground subsidence monitoring experiment along Beijing metro line six using SBAS-DInSAR technology and precision levels , by comparing the ground subsidence D-InSAR monitoring results with the precise leveling data ,it can be seen that both had a high de-gree of consistency in subsidence trend ,and indicated the feasibility of application D-InSAR technique in the subsidence monitoring of urban rail transit ,for the future deformation monitoring of urban rail transit project during construction and operation period,to discovery and realize the deformation of engineering and engineering environment ,Provided high-pre-cision,high-resolution,large-scale surface deformation information to ensure the urban rail transit construction projects and operational safety ,as well as the environmental security due to construction ,Supported the decision of city disaster prevention and engineering construction .
