影响城市内涝的各种地理要素是城市内涝水淹模拟与分析模型的数据基础。为了能够为城市内涝的水淹模拟与分析提供准确、全面的地理数据，本文提出一种基于多源数据的城市内涝水淹模拟与分析的数据生产方法。该方法利用三维激光扫描技术获取高精度的城市地表数据，结合静态GPS与全站仪测绘作为数据补充，借助ArcGIS生产可供城市内涝水淹模拟与分析的基础数据。最后，本文以北京金安桥区为实验区，对金安桥区4 km2区域进行了城市内涝水淹模拟与分析的数据生产。

Various geographic data of impact on urban waterlogging is data base of analysis and simulation for urban waterlog disaster .In order to provide precise and comprehensive geographic data to analysis and simulation for urban wa-terlog disaster ,this paper present a data producing method of analysis and simulation of urban waterlog disaster based on Multi-source data .This method obtain highly precision urban surface data by 3 D laser scanning technology ,then combi-ning the data surveyed by static GPS and total station as complementary data .The basic data of analysis and simulation of urban waterlog disaster has been produced by ArcGIS .At last,the area of Beijing JinAn Bridge as an example ,the basic data of 4 km2 in this area has produced to analysis and simulation for urban waterlog disaster .
