目的：评价常用两种材质过渡义齿的临床疗效，为种植修复临床工作提供参考。方法选择60例前牙种植修复患者，随机分为两组，分别制作胶连过渡义齿和隐形过渡义齿，戴用三个月，从对种植区软硬组织影响和固位、稳定、美观、舒适等方面进行对比分析。结果经 x2检验，两种过渡义齿在美观舒适及异物感方面有明显差异（P ＜0．01）隐形义齿明显优于胶连义齿；对种植区软硬组织及固位稳定等方面无明显差异（P ＞0．05）。结论隐形过渡义齿总体性能优于胶连过渡义齿，值得临床推广应用。
목적：평개상용량충재질과도의치적림상료효，위충식수복림상공작제공삼고。방법선택60례전아충식수복환자，수궤분위량조，분별제작효련과도의치화은형과도의치，대용삼개월，종대충식구연경조직영향화고위、은정、미관、서괄등방면진행대비분석。결과경 x2검험，량충과도의치재미관서괄급이물감방면유명현차이（P ＜0．01）은형의치명현우우효련의치；대충식구연경조직급고위은정등방면무명현차이（P ＞0．05）。결론은형과도의치총체성능우우효련과도의치，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of two kinds temporary dentures.Method Sixty patients with implant -support prostheses in the anterior maxilla were divided into two groups,experiment groups was provided invisible temporary denture and controlled groups was provided traditional temporary denture.The follow -up time was three months.Clinical examination and X -ray were conducted to compare characteristics of two temporary dentures in the as-pects of appearance,comfort,retention,stability and the health of bone and soft tissue around implant.Result Invisible temporary denture showed obviously bet-ter than traditional temporary denture in appearance,comfort and foreign body sensation(P <0.01);there was no significant difference in stability and the health of bone and soft tissue around implant.conclusion The invisible temporary denture was showed obviously superior to tradition temporary denture in its overall char-acteristics.
