目的：探讨浮针治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法将95例患者随机分为2组，治疗组取浮针治疗49例，观察组采取普通针灸配合电针、理疗46例，观察2组疗效。结果2组疗效比较有非常显著性差异（P ＜0．01）。结论浮针是治疗颈椎病的有效方法。

목적：탐토부침치료경추병적료효。방법장95례환자수궤분위2조，치료조취부침치료49례，관찰조채취보통침구배합전침、리료46례，관찰2조료효。결과2조료효비교유비상현저성차이（P ＜0．01）。결론부침시치료경추병적유효방법。
objective:To evaluate the floating needle curative effect for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Method:95 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group take floating needle therapy in 49 cases,the observation group adopt acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture,ordinary therapy in 46 cases,observation of curative effect of two groups.Result:Curative effect comparison of two groups was very significant difference(P <0.01).Con-clusion Floating needle is an effective method in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
