通过查阅文献资料、调查和个人访谈及数理统计等方法，了解四川省休闲运动的发展现状及运行机制并分析其影响因素。在构建公共服务体系的背景下，分析公共服务体系对四川省休闲运动的影响，探讨四川省运动休闲的发展模式，力图构建公共服务与运动休闲相结合的模式，旨在为开展四川休闲运动创造便利条件，提高人们幸福指数，也为四川省全民健身提供更大的发展空间。
通過查閱文獻資料、調查和箇人訪談及數理統計等方法，瞭解四川省休閒運動的髮展現狀及運行機製併分析其影響因素。在構建公共服務體繫的揹景下，分析公共服務體繫對四川省休閒運動的影響，探討四川省運動休閒的髮展模式，力圖構建公共服務與運動休閒相結閤的模式，旨在為開展四川休閒運動創造便利條件，提高人們倖福指數，也為四川省全民健身提供更大的髮展空間。

By methods of literature , investigation , personal interview and mathematical statistics , the present development situation of the leisure sports and its operation mechanism were got to know and its influ -encing factors were analyzed .Under the background of the construction of the public service system , the influ-ence of public service system on leisure sports in Sichuan province was analyzed and its development mode was explored in order to build a mode combining public service with leisure sports .The aim is to create convenient conditions for leisure sports to improve the quality of people's happiness and to provide greater development space for extensive mass fitness in Sichuan Province .
