利用HFSS软件仿真圆柱形微波加热器馈口位置及长度,内筒半径及高度,以及负载厚度对微波吸热效率的影响。通过建模仿真获得了一系列反射功率随各参数的变化规律。据此,采用反射功率最小时对应的馈口位置、馈口长度、内筒半径、内筒高度和负载厚度重新仿真。仿真结果表明,优化后的圆柱形微波加热器加热效率最高可达99%。
利用HFSS軟件倣真圓柱形微波加熱器饋口位置及長度,內筒半徑及高度,以及負載厚度對微波吸熱效率的影響。通過建模倣真穫得瞭一繫列反射功率隨各參數的變化規律。據此,採用反射功率最小時對應的饋口位置、饋口長度、內筒半徑、內筒高度和負載厚度重新倣真。倣真結果錶明,優化後的圓柱形微波加熱器加熱效率最高可達99%。

Based on the HFSS simulation software ,the efficiency of cylindrical microwave heating applica-tor related with the position and length of feeds ,the radius and height of inner cylinder ,and the load are inves-tigated.The law of the reflected power versus every parameter is obtained by simulation .The position and length of feeds ,the radius and height of inner cylinder ,and load are redesigned according to the law obtained by simulation .The simulating results show that heating efficiencies of the cylindrical microwave heater are im-proved to 99%.
