利用HFSS软件仿真圆柱形微波加热器馈口位置及长度，内筒半径及高度，以及负载厚度对微波吸热效率的影响。通过建模仿真获得了一系列反射功率随各参数的变化规律。据此，采用反射功率最小时对应的馈口位置、馈口长度、内筒半径、内筒高度和负载厚度重新仿真。仿真结果表明，优化后的圆柱形微波加热器加热效率最高可达99％。

Based on the HFSS simulation software ,the efficiency of cylindrical microwave heating applica-tor related with the position and length of feeds ,the radius and height of inner cylinder ,and the load are inves-tigated.The law of the reflected power versus every parameter is obtained by simulation .The position and length of feeds ,the radius and height of inner cylinder ,and load are redesigned according to the law obtained by simulation .The simulating results show that heating efficiencies of the cylindrical microwave heater are im-proved to 99%.
