粽子大多为粽叶所包裹产品。为了保证粽子的卖相，不法供货商用硫酸铜、氯化铜等化学染色手段生产返青粽叶。这种返青粽叶肉眼不易鉴别。利用Fe能置换溶液中的 Cu2＋变成Fe2＋，Fe2＋能与邻二氮菲生成稳定的红色络合物的原理，寻找一种快速简便的鉴别Cu2＋的方法，以便初步判断返青粽叶的方法。

Bamboo leaf was usually used as container of dumpling .In order to ensure the bamboo leaves to be sold illegally , some traders provide dyeing bamboo leaves by copper sulphate and copper chloride , which were identified difficultly by eyes .In this paper ,in order to determine dyeding bamboo leaves by a simple and rapid method for Cu 2+identification ,through the replacement reaction with Cu 2+,Fe transform into Fe 2+,and a stable red complex was formed by Fe 2+and phenanthroline .
