为实现轨道行走机构的平稳移动和精确定位,提出一种有效的基于 PLC 的变频控制方法。系统采用一台变频器驱动多台相同减速电机,启停信号和到位信号分别由操作手柄和接近开关给出,并通过 PLC 对变频器进行端子控制。现场调试结果表明,该设计方案能够使轨道行走机构平稳移动,保证运行中的安全性、可靠性,有效节约了成本,并能够应用于多种工业生产场合。
為實現軌道行走機構的平穩移動和精確定位,提齣一種有效的基于 PLC 的變頻控製方法。繫統採用一檯變頻器驅動多檯相同減速電機,啟停信號和到位信號分彆由操作手柄和接近開關給齣,併通過 PLC 對變頻器進行耑子控製。現場調試結果錶明,該設計方案能夠使軌道行走機構平穩移動,保證運行中的安全性、可靠性,有效節約瞭成本,併能夠應用于多種工業生產場閤。

For smooth movement and precise positioning of rail traveling mechanism,an effective fre-quency control method based on PLC is proposed.Several geared-motors of the same model are driven by one frequency converter in this system.Start-stop and travel limit signals are given by operation handle and proximity switch respectively.The frequency converter is controlled by PLC port.The experimental results show that,the method enables rail traveling mechanism to move smoothly,and ensures the safety and reliability.Besides,cost is reduced effectively and the design can be used in a variety of occasions in industrial production.
