从石油污染土壤中分离到4株对柴油、正己烷等烃类具有乳化作用的细菌。对4株菌的耐盐碱情况进行了研究,结果表明这4株菌株均能耐受较高的盐碱环境并产生生物乳化剂,其中菌株 FB 8的乳化活性最高。将菌株 FB 8进行发酵培养,采用盐沉法从发酵液中提取到生物乳化剂粗品,得率为1.62 g/L,该物质能够在高盐碱条件下乳化柴油。分离到的4株菌可用于石油污染盐碱土壤的生物修复。

Four bacteria strains which could emulsify diesel and hydrocarbon are isolated from the oil-contaminated soil.The characteristics for producing emulsifier of these strains are studied.The results show that these strains can grow under the high saline-alkali concentration and produce bioemulsifier. Strain FB 8 is best fermented.By salting out method,bioemulsifier is separated and purified from the fermentation fluid;the yield was 1.624 g/L.This bioemulsifier could emulsify the diesel under high sa-line-alkali conditions.These strains were useful in the bioremediation of oil-polluted saline-alkali soil.
