CFM56系列发动机高压涡轮结构设计的改进路线直接影响着发动机的性能,只要找到高压涡轮结构设计的不同点就能分析出提高高压涡轮效率的方法。针对这一问题,介绍了早期型号 CFM563发动机高压涡轮部分的4个主要部件的设计特点,分别从叶片材料、叶片和涡轮冷却和主动间隙控制三个方面分析了 CFM565A、CFM565C 和 CFM567系列发动机高压涡轮结构设计方面不同的改进措施,总结了高压涡轮结构设计的发展方向。

The performance of the CFM56 engine is also directly impacted by the improvement of high pressure turbine structure design.So,the enhancement method of the high pressure turbine efficien-cy could be analyzed with the finding of differences of high pressure turbine structure design.To solve this problem,firstly the design characteristics of four main parts of high pressure turbine of the early CFM56 3 engine are introduced.And then the different improvement measures of high pressure turbine engine structure design of CFM56 5A,CFM56 5C and CFM56 7 series engine are analyzed respec-tively from three aspects of the blade material,blades-turbine cooling and active clearance control,and the development direction of high pressure turbine structure design is summarized.
