栏光效应是影响折衍元件衍射效率的一个重要因素,栏光效应与加工刀具有着密切的关系。分析刀具圆弧半径与栏光效应的联系、刀具参数与元件加工后的表面粗糙度的关系以及刀具耐用度等要求,设计了加工折衍二元光学元件的金刚石刀具,给出刀具加工里程数计算公式和车削实验结果。实验结果证明:设计的金刚石刀具能够满足折衍二元光学元件的产业化加工要求,刀具耐用度较强化前提高2倍多。
欄光效應是影響摺衍元件衍射效率的一箇重要因素,欄光效應與加工刀具有著密切的關繫。分析刀具圓弧半徑與欄光效應的聯繫、刀具參數與元件加工後的錶麵粗糙度的關繫以及刀具耐用度等要求,設計瞭加工摺衍二元光學元件的金剛石刀具,給齣刀具加工裏程數計算公式和車削實驗結果。實驗結果證明:設計的金剛石刀具能夠滿足摺衍二元光學元件的產業化加工要求,刀具耐用度較彊化前提高2倍多。

As the EO products are developing ,the requirements for the processing accuracy of binary diffractive optical element (DOE) become higher ,especially the diffractive efficiency , the profile precision ,etc .And shadow effect affects the diffractive efficiency efficiently ,which is closely associated with the tool parameters .The single crystal diamond tool for DOE manu-facturing was designed ,based on the analysis of the relationship between diamond tool and shadow effect ,surface roughness ,wear resistance .According to the turning experiment ,the results indicate that the designed single signal crystal diamond tool satisfies the demand for processing DOE ,and the wear resistance improves by two times than before strengthened .
