目的:了解包河区2~12岁儿童A和C群流脑抗体水平,为制定流脑防控策略提供科学依据。方法:选择2011~2013年在包河区疾控中心进行抗体检测的984名儿童作为研究对象,询问儿童基本信息和流脑疫苗既往免疫史,检测儿童A和C群流脑抗体阳性情况。结果:A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率分别为70.3%和87.1%, A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率分布性别、户籍地属性间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而2~5岁儿童A、C群流脑抗体阳性率均高于6~12岁儿童,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),按程序全程接种的儿童(A、C群流脑)抗体阳性率高于未全程接种者,接种2剂次A+C流脑结合疫苗+1剂次A+C流脑多糖疫苗者A群和C群流脑抗体阳性率高于接种2剂次A群流脑多糖疫苗+1剂次A+C流脑多糖疫苗。结论:适龄儿童按免疫程序完成2剂次A+C流脑结合疫苗基础免疫和2剂次A+C流脑多糖疫苗加强免疫,方能达到最好预防效果。

목적:료해포하구2~12세인동A화C군류뇌항체수평,위제정류뇌방공책략제공과학의거。방법:선택2011~2013년재포하구질공중심진행항체검측적984명인동작위연구대상,순문인동기본신식화류뇌역묘기왕면역사,검측인동A화C군류뇌항체양성정황。결과:A군화C군류뇌항체양성솔분별위70.3%화87.1%, A군화C군류뇌항체양성솔분포성별、호적지속성간차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),이2~5세인동A、C군류뇌항체양성솔균고우6~12세인동,차차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),안정서전정접충적인동(A、C군류뇌)항체양성솔고우미전정접충자,접충2제차A+C류뇌결합역묘+1제차A+C류뇌다당역묘자A군화C군류뇌항체양성솔고우접충2제차A군류뇌다당역묘+1제차A+C류뇌다당역묘。결론:괄령인동안면역정서완성2제차A+C류뇌결합역묘기출면역화2제차A+C류뇌다당역묘가강면역,방능체도최호예방효과。
Objective:To investigate the antibody levels of group A and group C of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in children aged two to twelve years living in Baohe area of Hefei city ,China for scientific evidence to plan a strategy in prevention and control of this epidemics .Methods:984 children,under-gone detection of positive antibody against meningococcus in Baohe Center for Disease Control and Prevention between 2011 and 2013,were included.De-mographic information and history of vaccine for epidemic menigitis were investigated ,and the positive antibody against serogroup A and C was maintained . Results:Positive rate of the antibody against serogroup A and C of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis was 70.3% and 87.1%,respectively,yet remained no statistical difference regarding the genders and census register(P>0.05).Positive rate for serogroup A and C was higher in children aged two to five years than those of six to twelve years,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Also,the positive rate was higher in children received complete vacci-nation protocol than those failed to,and in those received double doses of serogroup A and C vaccines plus one dose of A and C polysaccharides were higher than children received double doses of serogroup A vaccines plus one dose of A and C polysaccharides .Conclusion:Favorable prevention effects can be a-chieved in children on condition that they are managed with double doses of purified serogroup A and C vaccines for fundamental immunity and additional double doses of A and C polysaccharides.
