目的：探讨支撑喉镜下切割吸引器治疗喉部良性病变的疗效。方法：52例喉部良性病变患者在支撑喉镜下采用切割吸引器进行手术治疗。结果：48例（92．31％）治愈，4例（7．69％）好转，随访6～12月均无复发。结论：喉部良性病变手术中，使用切割吸引器，安全、有效、创伤小，值得推广。

목적：탐토지탱후경하절할흡인기치료후부량성병변적료효。방법：52례후부량성병변환자재지탱후경하채용절할흡인기진행수술치료。결과：48례（92．31％）치유，4례（7．69％）호전，수방6～12월균무복발。결론：후부량성병변수술중，사용절할흡인기，안전、유효、창상소，치득추엄。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of applying micro-stryker instrument and self-retaining laryngoscope for the resection of laryngeal benign lesions.Methods:Micro-stryker instrument combined with self-retaining laryngoscope was used to treat the laryngeal benign lesions in 52 patients. Results:All patients were followed up from three to twelve months,and the results showed that 48(92.31%) patient were cured,4(7.69%) were partial-ly improved.No relapse occurred.Conclusion:Micro-stryker instrument combined with self-retaining laryngoscope is worthy of wider clinical application for its safety,efficacy and minimal invasion in resection of laryngeal benign lesions.
