目的：探讨晚期原发性肝癌患者采用奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶的联合方案静脉化疗的疗效与安全性。方法：22例晚期原发性肝癌患者采用奥沙利铂100 mg/m2，第l天，静脉滴注；亚叶酸钙400 mg/m2，第1天，静脉滴注；5-氟尿嘧啶400 mg/m2，第l天，静脉推注；5-氟尿嘧啶2400 mg/m2，持续静脉点滴（ CIV）46 h方案进行治疗和严密观察，分别以RECIST标准评价客观疗效和国际肿瘤通用毒性标准评价毒性反应。结果：22例患者均可以评价疗效，其中4例部分缓解，8例稳定，10例进展。常见的不良反应为骨髓抑制、轻度周围神经毒性、消化道反应和肝功能损害。结论：奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶静脉化疗是治疗晚期原发性肝癌的一个安全、有效的选择。

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin(L-OHP) combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) for advanced primary hepatocarcino-ma.Methods:Twenty-two patients with advanced primary hepatocarcinoma were treated with combination of L-OHP with 5-Fu via continuous intravenous infusion(CIV) protocol started by L-OHP (100 mg/m2)plus calcium folinate(CF,400 mg/m2(iv gtt) and 5-Fu (400 mg/m2,iv bolus) for day 1,fol-lowed by 5-Fu in dose of 2 400 mg/m2 by CIV for 46 h.The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) and NCI criteria.Results:Of the 22 patients,partial response was in 4,stable disease was in 8 and progress in 10.The common adverse effects were associated with leucopenia,mild peripheral neurotoxicity,gastrointestinal reaction and damaged liver function.Conclusion:Oxaliplatin in combination with 5-Fu may be safe and effective intravenous chemotherapy regimen for patients with advanced primary hepatocarcinoma .
