目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者外周血CD146 mRNA水平和血管内皮细胞损伤程度、氧化应激、血糖控制情况之间的相关性。方法:本研究包括48例2型糖尿病患者和32例正常对照者,采用实时RT-PCR检测外周血CD146 mRNA水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者外周血CD146 mRNA显著高于正常对照者(0.079±0.047 vs.0.041±0.026,P<0.01);在2型糖尿病患者中,外周血CD146 mRNA水平和HbA1c浓度(r=0.6395,P<0.05)以及可溶性E选择素(r=0.6580,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论:外周血CD146 mRNA水平升高能够反映2型糖尿病患者血管内皮细胞损伤严重程度,并且与患者的氧化应激和血糖控制相关。

목적:탐토2형당뇨병환자외주혈CD146 mRNA수평화혈관내피세포손상정도、양화응격、혈당공제정황지간적상관성。방법:본연구포괄48례2형당뇨병환자화32례정상대조자,채용실시RT-PCR검측외주혈CD146 mRNA수평。결과:2형당뇨병환자외주혈CD146 mRNA현저고우정상대조자(0.079±0.047 vs.0.041±0.026,P<0.01);재2형당뇨병환자중,외주혈CD146 mRNA수평화HbA1c농도(r=0.6395,P<0.05)이급가용성E선택소(r=0.6580,P<0.05)정정상관。결론:외주혈CD146 mRNA수평승고능구반영2형당뇨병환자혈관내피세포손상엄중정도,병차여환자적양화응격화혈당공제상관。
Objective:To investigate the correlation of CD146 mRNA level in peripheral blood of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and vas-cular endothelial damage degree,cellular response to oxidative stress and outcomes of glucose control.Methods:Forty-eight T2DM patients and 32 healthy control subjects were included.Real-time reverse-transcription PCR( qRT-PCR) was performed to determine the CD146 mRNA levels in peripheral blood of the two groups.Results:CD146 mRNA level was significantly higher in T2DM patients the healthy controls(0.079 ±0.047 vs.0.041 ±0.026,P<0. 01),and positively associated with HbA1c levels (r=0.6395,P<0.05) and sE-selectin (r=0.6580,P<0.05).Conclusion:Elevated CD146 mRNA level may be an indicator to estimate the degree of vascular endothelial damage in T2DM patients,and is associated with the cellular response to oxidative stress and outcomes of glucose control.
