应用心脏左室容量计算法（改良Simpson法）评价肝豆状核变性患者胆囊收缩功能。方法选择肝豆状核变性患者54例和正常人60例，分别于空腹和脂餐试验后在胆囊长轴切面应用改良Simpson法测量胆囊容积，计算胆囊排空率。结果在空腹状态下，肝豆状核变性患者与正常对照组胆囊容积分别为（27.31±6.90）ml和（25.63±4.72）ml，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；在高脂餐后，肝豆状核变性患者胆囊容积为（10.31±4.61）ml，明显大于正常对照组[（3.41±2.78）ml，P<0.05]；餐后肝豆状核变性患者胆囊排空率为（54.85±12.12）%，显著低于正常对照组[（73.48±7.60）%，P<0.01]。结论采用改良Simpson法测量胆囊容积具有简单易行和重复性好的特点，有助于临床上评估肝豆状核变性患者的胆囊收缩功能。
응용심장좌실용량계산법（개량Simpson법）평개간두상핵변성환자담낭수축공능。방법선택간두상핵변성환자54례화정상인60례，분별우공복화지찬시험후재담낭장축절면응용개량Simpson법측량담낭용적，계산담낭배공솔。결과재공복상태하，간두상핵변성환자여정상대조조담낭용적분별위（27.31±6.90）ml화（25.63±4.72）ml，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；재고지찬후，간두상핵변성환자담낭용적위（10.31±4.61）ml，명현대우정상대조조[（3.41±2.78）ml，P<0.05]；찬후간두상핵변성환자담낭배공솔위（54.85±12.12）%，현저저우정상대조조[（73.48±7.60）%，P<0.01]。결론채용개량Simpson법측량담낭용적구유간단역행화중복성호적특점，유조우림상상평고간두상핵변성환자적담낭수축공능。
To evaluate the gallbladder contractility of patients with hepatolenticular de-generation (HLD) by cardiac left ventricular volume calculation method (modified Simpson method). Methods The modified Simpson method was conducted at the long axis view to measure the gall-bladder volume of 104 subjects (54 with HLD and 60 normal persons) under fasting conditions and after the administration of lipoid-food,and the gallbladder emptying rates in two groups were calculat-ed and compared. Results Under the fasting state,there was no statistical difference in the volume of gallbladder between the patients with HLD [(27.31±6.90) ml] and the healthy controls [(25.63± 4.72) ml];after the conduction of lipoid-food test,the gallbladder volume in patients with HLD was (10.31 ±4.61)ml,significantly bigger than in the controls [(3.41 ±2.78)ml,P<0.05],while the gall-bladder emptying rate in patients with HLD [(54.85±12.12)%] was significantly lower than that in the controls [(73.48±7.60)%,P<0.01]. Conclusions The modified Simpson method is easy to perform and of good repeatability in measurement of gallbladder volume and is helpful in evaluation of gall-bladder contractility in patients with HLD.
