以技术为主导是20世纪新加坡教师教育一贯坚持的取向。然而,技术取向主导下的教师教育存在着重技术轻精神、重理论轻实践、重个体轻整体、重结果轻过程的局限性。为此,新加坡于20世纪六七十年代逐渐将教师教育中的技术取向转变为改造取向。新加坡通过树立新型教师信念、设置合理的教师教育课程以及建立发展型教师教育评价体系等方式,有效提升了教师在职前教育阶段的专业发展能力。在我国大力倡导教师专业化发展的今天,新加坡变技术取向为改造取向的教师教育模式为我国教师教育改革提供了良好借鉴。

The orientation of technology-oriented teacher education has consistently adhered in Singa-pore last century .However ,the teacher education dominated by the technical orientation is limited by the emphasis on the technology and indifference to the spirit ,emphasis on theory and indifference to practice ,emphasis on the individual and indifference to the w hole ,emphasis on results and indiffer-ence to the process .Therefore ,in the 1960s ,Singapore gradually converted the technical orientation in the pre-service education for teachers into the transformation orientation .Based on a variety of w ays ,such as the establishment of the new teacher beliefs ,reasonable curriculum setting for teacher education and establishment of the developmental evaluation system for teacher education ,the profes-sional development in the phase of pre-service education for teachers is effectively enhanced .Now , China strongly advocates the development of teacher professionalization .Singapore's conversion of curriculum orientation for teacher education from technical orientation to transformation orientation provides a good reference for China's teacher education .
