受二元对立思维的影响,长期以来教学被看作确定的、技术性的活动,产生了理论与实践、专家与新手、共性与个性的区分与对立。要实现对立双方的辩证统一,教师必须充分认识教学的复杂性,确立智慧性教学观;坚持终身学习理念,建立专业共同体;打破科学知识霸权,确立多元知识观。

Enfluenced by dualism thougt ,teaching has long been regarded as a techinical activity w hich leads to the distinction betw een theory and practice ,expert and novice ,popularity and individuality . In order to go beyond their distinction ,teachers should know that teaching is a complex activity ,and they should hold a life-long learning view and build professional development community ,break scien-tific know ledge hegemony and hold multiple view of know ledge .
