国内外有关教师职业胜任力的研究表明:情操是构成教师职业胜任力的三大要素之一,是优秀教师的首要品质,其内涵的丰富性远远超出了师德的内容。然而,我国教师教育长期以来过于重视知识、技能,用师德教育来取代教师情操培养,忽视了教师情操的内涵。因此,研究教师优良情操的标准,对培养更多优秀教师和更新我国教师教育的内容结构等均具有重要的现实意义。根据新课程的教育教学理念和实施要求,结合当前社会生活和文化传统,探讨了教师优良情操的基本内涵,构建了新课程背景下教师优良情操的标准。

Research on the professional competence of teachers in China and some other countries show that sentiment is a teachers'professional competency of the 3 major elements ,and is the most impor-tant quality ,its richness far beyond the connotation of teacher's moral content .However ,over a long period of time too much emphasis has been put on knowledge and skills in our teacher education ,to replace the training teachers'sentiments with moral education ,with the ignorance of the connotation of teacher's sentiments .Therefore ,in training more effective teachers and updating content structure of teacher education ,it is of practical significance to study the standards of teachers'fine sentiments . This article explores the basic connotation of fine sentiments of teachers ,builds standards of teachers'fine sentiment under the new curriculum according to the educational and teaching philosophy and im-plementation requirements ,with the current social and cultural traditions .
