通过综合考虑振型耦合颤振效应、再生颤振效应和摩擦型颤振效应等3方面的主要因素，建立了基于这3个方面因素的动力学模型，分析了刚度主轴与切削法方向夹角、摩擦角对颤振的影响规律，找到了能够避开大、小刚度主轴相近的内螺纹车削的刀杆截面。

In this paper ,based on mode-coupling principle ,regenerative chatter and friction theory ,the dynamic model of turning thread is established ,the influence of the orientations of principal stiffness axes and the size of friction angle on the cutting chatter is analyzed .Meanwhile ,the profile of cross section of the tool hand which is proper to avoid the closeness of principal stiffness axes is claim ed .
