参照现有钻井液直线振动筛的技术参数,通过分析筛框运动机理和工作状态下钻井液固相粒度变化特征,对ZJS12振动筛的参数进行理论研究,得到满足ZJS12振动筛运动的动力学指标最优值,为今后振动筛的设计与改进提供重要的参数依据,也为提高钻头的二次钻切效率和减少钻井成本提供保障。
參照現有鑽井液直線振動篩的技術參數,通過分析篩框運動機理和工作狀態下鑽井液固相粒度變化特徵,對ZJS12振動篩的參數進行理論研究,得到滿足ZJS12振動篩運動的動力學指標最優值,為今後振動篩的設計與改進提供重要的參數依據,也為提高鑽頭的二次鑽切效率和減少鑽井成本提供保障。

According to the existing technical parameters of drilling fluid linear vibration screen and the analysis of motion mechanism of deck base and variation characteristics of drilling fluid solid particle under the work condition ,the kinematic parameters of ZJS12 rectilinear vibration screen were theoretically studied .Optimal dynamic parameters of ZJS12 vibration screen were obtained .It can provide important parameter basis for design and improvement of future vibrating screen .Just as well real protection is provided for improving the secondary drill bit cutting efficiency and reducing the drilling cost .
