结合使用单位的高、低电压耐压试验控制要求，提出了利用单片机开发80 kV耐压机控制系统。通过单片机输出的CP脉冲和方向信号，利用软、硬件结合，实现对耐压机工作状态的手动和自动控制，能准确实现对80 kV耐压机的升、降压控制，从而达到对高、低电压耐压试验的目的。
結閤使用單位的高、低電壓耐壓試驗控製要求，提齣瞭利用單片機開髮80 kV耐壓機控製繫統。通過單片機輸齣的CP脈遲和方嚮信號，利用軟、硬件結閤，實現對耐壓機工作狀態的手動和自動控製，能準確實現對80 kV耐壓機的升、降壓控製，從而達到對高、低電壓耐壓試驗的目的。
결합사용단위적고、저전압내압시험공제요구，제출료이용단편궤개발80 kV내압궤공제계통。통과단편궤수출적CP맥충화방향신호，이용연、경건결합，실현대내압궤공작상태적수동화자동공제，능준학실현대80 kV내압궤적승、강압공제，종이체도대고、저전압내압시험적목적。
Based on the control requirement of customers for withstand voltage test ,80 kV withstand voltage tester control system is designed using single-chip computer .Through CP and direction signal from the MCU ,using hardware and software ,the system can make the tester work manually or automatically ,and can realize the buck-boost control of the 80 kV tester to achieve the high and low-voltage test .
