介绍了基于直线电机的数控机床进给系统的特点，通过理论推导分析了负载大范围变化时直线电机作为进给系统的误差机理，并利用专用实验设备模拟数控机床实际加工工况进行实验，结果验证了在负载大范围变化时单一模型控制下的直线电机进给系统的运动精度和定位精度较差。

The characteristics of linear motor used as the feed system of CNC machine tool are introduced ,the errors of the control system caused by a wide range of load variation are analyzed ,and the special experimental equipment is applied to carrying out simulation experiment under different conditions .The results show when applied a wide range of load variation ,the kinematic accuracy and positioning accuracy of liner motor controlled by single model is unsatisfactory .
