外圆旋风铣床是一种用于批量铣削细长轴类零件外圆表面的机床。通过分析外圆旋风铣床的运动原理及其组成结构,结合轴线弯曲的表达方式,从几何结构角度建立直线度误差模型进行求解,得出铣削前后细长轴类零件直线度误差的校正范围。
外圓鏇風鐉床是一種用于批量鐉削細長軸類零件外圓錶麵的機床。通過分析外圓鏇風鐉床的運動原理及其組成結構,結閤軸線彎麯的錶達方式,從幾何結構角度建立直線度誤差模型進行求解,得齣鐉削前後細長軸類零件直線度誤差的校正範圍。

Cylindrical whirlwind milling machine is a kind of batch milling machine for processing the surface of slender shaft parts . The motion principle and the structure of whirling milling machine were analyzed .Combined with the expression of axis bending ,the model of straightness error was established from the perspective of geometry ,to give the offset from straightness of the slender shaft before and after milling .
