大量报废液晶显示器的绿色回收和资源化问题已成为企业和研究者关注的热点之一。无论是对液晶显示器内部资源进行回收，还是对液晶显示器内部故障进行维修，都必须先将液晶显示器外部框架进行拆解。通过分析液晶显示器上下框架的连接方式，研制了一种安全、高效的液晶显示器框架快速无损拆解装置，使液晶显示器框架的拆解操作具有无损、重用性好、自动化程度高、简单快捷等优点，可实现同种型号液晶显示器框架的大批量高效拆解。

A lot of scrapped LCD treatment and resource issues have become the research hotspots .Whether recovering the internal resources or repairing the internal components ,the framework of LCD must be disassembled at first .After analyzing the connections of the LCD framework ,a kind of safe ,efficient ,fast and non-destructive dismantling equipment has been presented in the article . The equipment has the advantages such as non-destruction , good reusability , high degree of automation and quick-and-easy operation .The mass dismantling of the same model LCD frames can be fulfilled by this equipment efficiently .
