通过对已有大型风机齿轮箱水冷结构强度进行有限元分析,发现了结构设计中存在的不足,并按照GL2010规范设计了新的水冷结构,满足了设计认证要求。

Strenght analysis on existing large-scale wind turbine gearbox ’ s cooling structure by FEM was carried out , and the structural deficiencies of the design were found out . A new water cooling structure which is in accordance with GL 2010 was designed ,to meet the certification requirements .
