采用SolidWorks软件建立消声器三维实体模型,应用Fluent软件对消声器内部速度流场、压力流场及湍动能的分布情况进行数值模拟分析。根据分析结果对消声器进行优化设计,以降低消声器内部的涡流强度,减少排气过程的压力损失。

The three-dimensional model of a muffler is set up with the software of SolidWorks in this paper .The numerical simulation of the muffler is carried out by the software of Fluent .The results show that the distribution of the flow field ,the pressure field and the turbulent kinetic energy in muffler .Based on the results of analysis ,the structrue of muffler is optimized ,in order to reduce the vortex intensity inside the muffler ,and to reduce the pressure loss of exhaust process .
