以XCDW-32型连续式线路道岔捣固稳定车主车架为研究对象,根据 TB/T1335-1996《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》等对该车主车架进行了静强度仿真及试验,对有限元模型的建立、仿真工况、评定标准、试验工况等进行了介绍,并对仿真及试验结果进行了对比分析。分析结果表明仿真值与试验值所测得的应力分布趋势相同,且相对误差比较小。
以XCDW-32型連續式線路道岔擣固穩定車主車架為研究對象,根據 TB/T1335-1996《鐵道車輛彊度設計及試驗鑒定規範》等對該車主車架進行瞭靜彊度倣真及試驗,對有限元模型的建立、倣真工況、評定標準、試驗工況等進行瞭介紹,併對倣真及試驗結果進行瞭對比分析。分析結果錶明倣真值與試驗值所測得的應力分佈趨勢相同,且相對誤差比較小。

Taking the main frame of XCDW-32 tamping vehicle used in continuous line switch as study object ,this paper introduces its structural characteristics ,and does the strength analysis and experimental verification on the main frame according to GB/T1335-1996 Railway Vehicle Identification Strength Design and Experimental Specifications and other standards .The finite element modeling of the main frame ,simulation conditions ,evaluation criteria ,experimental conditions ,data processing and stress synthesis are introduced .At the same time ,the simulation and experimental results are compared .Simulation results show that the simulated values and the experimental values are in the same trend ,and the relative error is small .
