坯料形状对锻件的组织均匀性产生重要影响,为提高G H4169高温合金锻件的综合力学性能,该文以圆柱体镦粗为例,采用数值模拟技术分析不同的坯料形状对最终锻件的等效应变、等效应变速率、平均晶粒度以及再结晶体积分数的影响规律,分析坯料形状与锻件最终组织均匀性之间的关系,证明改变坯料形状可以有效提高锻件难变形区域的组织均匀性。
坯料形狀對鍛件的組織均勻性產生重要影響,為提高G H4169高溫閤金鍛件的綜閤力學性能,該文以圓柱體鐓粗為例,採用數值模擬技術分析不同的坯料形狀對最終鍛件的等效應變、等效應變速率、平均晶粒度以及再結晶體積分數的影響規律,分析坯料形狀與鍛件最終組織均勻性之間的關繫,證明改變坯料形狀可以有效提高鍛件難變形區域的組織均勻性。

Microstructural uniformity of GH4169 superalloy forgings is a guarantee of fine comprehensive mechanical properties of it . The billet shape has important influence on the microstructural uniformity of forgings . The cylinder upsetting is taken for ex-ample and the numerical simulation technology was adopted to analyze the influence of different billet shapes on parameters of the final forging ,such as ,the effective strain ,the effective strain rate ,the average grain size and the volume fraction of recrystalliza-tion . At the same time , the relationship between the billet shape and microstructural uniformity of the final forgings is analyzed . It is proven that the change of the billet shape can effectively improve the microstructural uniformity of the difficult deformation zone .
