金属超声振动塑性成形具有低能耗、降低变形力和提高产品质量等优点。文章设计了一套用于研究纯钛T A1板材在超声振动下成形性能的试验装置,并对纯钛T A1板材进行拉伸试验,测定不同超声振动功率和频率下纯钛T A1的力学性能。结果表明,超声激振作用能有效降低材料的流动应力和屈服强度,且较低频率、大功率的超声振动更有利于提高T A1的成形性能,可应用于纯钛T A1超声振动塑性成形中,提高成形效率和产品质量。
金屬超聲振動塑性成形具有低能耗、降低變形力和提高產品質量等優點。文章設計瞭一套用于研究純鈦T A1闆材在超聲振動下成形性能的試驗裝置,併對純鈦T A1闆材進行拉伸試驗,測定不同超聲振動功率和頻率下純鈦T A1的力學性能。結果錶明,超聲激振作用能有效降低材料的流動應力和屈服彊度,且較低頻率、大功率的超聲振動更有利于提高T A1的成形性能,可應用于純鈦T A1超聲振動塑性成形中,提高成形效率和產品質量。

Plastic forming based on ultrasonic vibration has a lot of significant advantages , including low-energy , decreasing de-forming load ,and increasing product quality .In this study ,a test device was designed to study the forming performance of TA1 sheet subjected to ultrasonic vibration . A serial of tensile tests were conducted to study the mechanical properties of TA 1 sheets with different vibration power levels and frequencies . The results show that the ultrasonic vibration has a positive effect on de-creasing yield strength and deforming load . The forming performance of TA1 sheet can be improved with lower vibration frequen-cy and higher power ,which can help improve the forming efficiency and increase the product quality during the forming process of T A1 subjected to ultrasonic vibration .
