采用DEFORM 有限元分析软件对抽芯铆钉铆接工艺过程进行数值模拟。模拟铆接成形过程的3个阶段,进行应力应变及铆接损伤分析。实验结果与模拟结果吻合,最大应力应变主要集中在铆体尾部与钉芯头部相接触的区域。进行拉铆件的拉伸试验,得到拉伸载荷曲线,并分析了不同铆体长度和板料孔径对接头剪切强度的影响。

Numerical simulation of riveting process with self-plugging rivet was carried out used DEFORM Finite element soft-ware . The three stages of the riveting forming process , the stress-strain curves and the damage of the riveting were analyzed . The results of the experiments and the simulation coincided very well ,and the maximal stress and strain mainly concentrated on the contact area of rivet body tail and rivet mandrel head . The static strength of the blind riveting with self-plugging rivet was studied through the tensile tests ,and the tensile load curves were obtained .The effects of the different rivet body lengths and the different sheet metal apertures on the joint strength were analyzed .
