采用喷丸的方法对高Nb-TiAl合金待连接表面进行机械处理,研究表面塑性变形对高Nb-TiAl合金扩散连接界面组织演化的影响。结果表明,经过表面塑性变形的高 Nb-TiAl合金,扩散连接过程中在界面处形成了一层连续的α2相,且α2相的体积分数随表面塑性变形程度的增加而增大;表面塑性变形引入的畸变能促使扩散连接试样在随后的退火中发生再结晶,表面塑性变形程度较大时,再结晶晶粒向界面处α2相长大,使α2相的体积分数逐渐减少,直至消失。因此,采用表面塑性变形与再结晶退火相结合的方法可有效提高高 Nb-TiAl合金扩散连接的性能。
採用噴汍的方法對高Nb-TiAl閤金待連接錶麵進行機械處理,研究錶麵塑性變形對高Nb-TiAl閤金擴散連接界麵組織縯化的影響。結果錶明,經過錶麵塑性變形的高 Nb-TiAl閤金,擴散連接過程中在界麵處形成瞭一層連續的α2相,且α2相的體積分數隨錶麵塑性變形程度的增加而增大;錶麵塑性變形引入的畸變能促使擴散連接試樣在隨後的退火中髮生再結晶,錶麵塑性變形程度較大時,再結晶晶粒嚮界麵處α2相長大,使α2相的體積分數逐漸減少,直至消失。因此,採用錶麵塑性變形與再結晶退火相結閤的方法可有效提高高 Nb-TiAl閤金擴散連接的性能。

The surface plastic deformation was applied to high Nb containing TiAl alloy by means of shot peening ,and the influ-ence of the surface plastic deformation on the microstructure evolution of the diffusion bonding interface of high Nb containing TiAl alloy was studied . The results indicated that continuous α2 phase formed in the bonding interface with surface plastic deform-ation ,and the fraction of α2 phase increased with the increasing deformation degree .Furthermore ,the surface plastic deforma-tion promotes the recrystallization in the subsequent annealing .The growth of the recrystallized grain reduced the fraction of α2 phase when the plastic deformation is large enough ,and theα2 phase disappeared at last .Thus ,the combined surface plastic de-formation with recrystallization annealing improved the bonding quality of high Nb containing TiAl alloy .
