针对汽车桥壳机械式胀形工艺中存在的缺陷,提出一种采用椭圆形孔代替常用长孔,并在工艺孔中间设计一定角度的三角槽的改进工艺;通过理论分析、数值模拟和实验相结合的方法,研究改进后的工艺对桥壳应力应变分布和壁厚变化的影响。结果表明,椭圆形工艺孔管坯的轴向应力应变在过渡区域的集中程度显著降低,且壁厚减薄趋势减小;三角槽能够降低琵琶包内侧中点区域的应力应变和该区域的起皱程度。改进工艺提高了整体壁厚的均匀性,为桥壳的实际生产提供了参考依据。
針對汽車橋殼機械式脹形工藝中存在的缺陷,提齣一種採用橢圓形孔代替常用長孔,併在工藝孔中間設計一定角度的三角槽的改進工藝;通過理論分析、數值模擬和實驗相結閤的方法,研究改進後的工藝對橋殼應力應變分佈和壁厚變化的影響。結果錶明,橢圓形工藝孔管坯的軸嚮應力應變在過渡區域的集中程度顯著降低,且壁厚減薄趨勢減小;三角槽能夠降低琵琶包內側中點區域的應力應變和該區域的起皺程度。改進工藝提高瞭整體壁厚的均勻性,為橋殼的實際生產提供瞭參攷依據。

As for the defect of the automotive axle housings in the mechanical bulging , an improved procedure is proposed using the oval technological hole with a triangular groove instead of the usual long technological hole . The influence of the improved process on the tress and strain distribution and the wall thickness is studied via theoretical analysis , numerical simulation and ex-perimental method . The results show that the concentration degree of the stress and strain distribution in the transition region of the tube with the oval technological hole has been greatly reduced ,and the trend of thinning has been reduced .The design of the triangular groove helps reduce the distribution of stress and strain in the midpoint of the lute package ,which can reduce the wrin-kling tendency in the region . The improved process helps improve the uniformity of the wall thickness distribution and provides a reference for the actual production .
