利用酶联免疫吸附法（ ELISA）测定东北红豆杉不同发育时期1 a生针叶和果实中ABA、IAA、GA及ZR的含量，结果表明：果实发育初期ABA含量呈缓慢变化趋势，从7月8日呈直线上升，7月18日之后呈直线下降趋势，7月28日含量最低；在1 a生叶中，ABA含量在8月27日出现最高值，9月16日出现最低值。果实中IAA含量从6月8日到9月26日变化比较平稳，7月18日出现最大值；叶中IAA含量呈先下降后升高的趋势，9月6日达到最高值。果实中GA含量呈先升高后降低的趋势，9月16日出现最低值；叶中GA含量与果实呈相反趋势，8月27日、9月16日出现峰值。果实中ZR含量变化的总趋势是先急剧下降后缓慢下降，中间有两个上升峰值，6月8日含量最高；叶中ZR含量呈先升高后下降的趋势，7月28日含量最高。
이용매련면역흡부법（ ELISA）측정동북홍두삼불동발육시기1 a생침협화과실중ABA、IAA、GA급ZR적함량，결과표명：과실발육초기ABA함량정완만변화추세，종7월8일정직선상승，7월18일지후정직선하강추세，7월28일함량최저；재1 a생협중，ABA함량재8월27일출현최고치，9월16일출현최저치。과실중IAA함량종6월8일도9월26일변화비교평은，7월18일출현최대치；협중IAA함량정선하강후승고적추세，9월6일체도최고치。과실중GA함량정선승고후강저적추세，9월16일출현최저치；협중GA함량여과실정상반추세，8월27일、9월16일출현봉치。과실중ZR함량변화적총추세시선급극하강후완만하강，중간유량개상승봉치，6월8일함량최고；협중ZR함량정선승고후하강적추세，7월28일함량최고。
The contents of ABA、IAA、GA and ZR of one years old needles and fruits of Taxus cuspidate during different de-velopment process were measured by using enzyme -linked immuno sorbent assay ( ELISA) , results indicated that in early stage of fruit development , ABA content presented slowly changing tendency , caused linear increase from July 8th, and lin-ear decrease from July 18th, the lowest content appeared on July 28th;in one years old needles , maximum value of ABA appeared on August 27th, and minimum value was on September 16th.IAA content of fruits changed smoothly from June 8th to September 26th, maximum value was on July 18th.IAA content of needles dropped at first and rose later , maximum value was on September 6th.GA content of fruits rose at first and dropped later , the minimum value was on September 16th;there was a contrary trend of GA content between needles and fruits , peak value presented on August 27th and Sep-tember 16th.The general trend of ZR content of fruits sharp dropped at first and slowly dropped later , there were two in-creasing peak values , maximum value was on June 8th; ZR content of needles rose at first and dropped later , maximum value was on July 28th.
