学分制是当前高职院校教育改革的大势所趋。在学分制背景下，发挥思想政治理论课(以下简称“思政课”)一线教师的优势，对高职院校思政课考核机制进行探索和研究，找出其问题和不足，建构适合学分制管理模式的新型考核机制，提高高职院校思政课教学实效性，推进学分制改革的发展，是当前一项重要的时代课题。
學分製是噹前高職院校教育改革的大勢所趨。在學分製揹景下，髮揮思想政治理論課(以下簡稱“思政課”)一線教師的優勢，對高職院校思政課攷覈機製進行探索和研究，找齣其問題和不足，建構適閤學分製管理模式的新型攷覈機製，提高高職院校思政課教學實效性，推進學分製改革的髮展，是噹前一項重要的時代課題。
학분제시당전고직원교교육개혁적대세소추。재학분제배경하，발휘사상정치이론과(이하간칭“사정과”)일선교사적우세，대고직원교사정과고핵궤제진행탐색화연구，조출기문제화불족，건구괄합학분제관리모식적신형고핵궤제，제고고직원교사정과교학실효성，추진학분제개혁적발전，시당전일항중요적시대과제。
At present, the credit system is the general trend of education reform in Higher Vocational Col-leges. On the background of the credit system, it is an urgent major issue in crunch time for us to play the advantages of first-line teachers of ideological and political theory to research the current evaluation mech-anism and find out its defects and shortcomings, so that we can construct a new evaluation mechanism which is appropriate for the management model of Credit System to improve the pertinence and effective-ness of Ideological and political course teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges, promoting the development of reform of credit system in higher vocational colleges.
